Booking & Payment Policies:

Deposit: A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

No-Show & Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the remaining balance. Late cancellation fees cannot be applied to rescheduled services.

Payment Methods:We accept Cash or Zelle. An updated credit/debit card must be on file to hold your preferred time.

Important Appointment Guidelines:

Hair Preparation: Hair must be fully detangled and free of previous styling, ready for shampoo service. A $100 service fee will apply if this requirement is not met.

Guests & Environment No additional guests are allowed. Please refrain from bringing outside food or beverages.

Day of Appointment: You’ll receive a confirmation text with parking and building access details. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to find parking.

Tardiness: There is a 15-minute grace period. If you are not inside the salon by the end of the grace period, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the late cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy:

By entering your credit card information at the time of booking, you agree to our cancellation policy. Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment time. If you cancel within 48 hours, a 100% cancellation fee of the remaining balance will apply. If your card fails during the cancellation process, you will be banned from future bookings.
