Booking & Payment Policies:
Deposit: A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Payment Methods: Zelle Payments Only. An updated credit/debit card must be on file to hold your preferred time.
Important Appointment Guidelines:
Hair Preparation: Hair must be fully detangled and free of previous styling, ready for shampoo service. A $100 service fee will apply if this requirement is not met.
Guests & Environment: To preserve the intimacy of the studio experience, additional guests are not permitted. Guests must be 16 years of age or older to receive services. We kindly ask that outside food or beverages are not brought into the space.
Day of Appointment: You’ll receive a confirmation text with parking and building access details. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to find parking.
Tardiness: There is a 15-minute grace period. If you are not inside the salon by the end of the grace period, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the late cancellation fee.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
By entering your credit card information at the time of booking, you agree to the following terms:
- Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment time.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
- Late cancellation fees cannot be applied to rescheduled services.
- If your card fails when the cancellation fee is processed, you will be blocked from making future bookings.
These policies are in place to respect the time set aside for your appointment and to ensure availability for all clients.
